- Ensure the safety regulate movements of vessels within Ports Area
- Partnership approach with Port Users in ensuring that SPA provides expected services while the Port User is aware of Port regulations
- Ensure safety of Vessel Berthing services
- Managerial Obligations to be managed efficiently
- Conduct training for all Pilots, level of Master, Engineer and rating are involve in operation when required
- Utilize the new Marine facility for Maritime training
- SPA and Port Users to meet on a timely basis for a healthy partnership consultations
- Berthing Operations to be in compliance with international standards
